Quick and easy - it is ready within half an hour from the time you pool the frozen bag of cooked shrimps from the freezer and until it lands hot and tasty on your dinner table. Ingredients
400 gr of frozen cooked shrimp, tail off, thrawed
1/4 cup 35% creme
3 tbsp. seafood tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. butter
Seafood spice blend. pepper, salt to taste
Parsley for garnishing (optional)
Directions
Thaw the shrimp. If you don't have time, place them under the running cold water in a colander for 5 minutes to defrost them.
Remove the tails if you have shrimp with tail on.
In a frying pan, over a medium heat, melt the butter. Add the shrimp and sprinkle with the spices, salt and pepper.
Add the crème, squeeze and add the garlic, and a seafood sauce.
Mix it and cook it for about 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Enjoy it as an appetizer or serve it with spaghetti or rice for an amazing main dish.
